Huntington Ingalls Industries Program Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia
Shall be responsible for management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel and delivery of financial and staffing reports.
Shall solicit and respond to Government feedback to improve contract performance and efficiency.
Shall take corrective action in response to Government feedback when performance standards are not met.
Shall fill vacancies in accordance with the qualifications of the PWS.
Helps the Government to define requirements, provides updates on Contractor efforts/workload, and assists the Government with resourcing and bandwidth decisions.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
- Shall possess a minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Must have a Master's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or shall possess a or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related senior experience, for a total of 14 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. Alternatively, if the labor category performs tasks in an emerging field of practice, the Government may waive the education and experience requirements if the Contractor is able to demonstrate industry-leading skills and accomplishments.
Must have active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
