We are seeking aTHREAT WARNING ANALYST to supportthe UnitedStatesForcesKorea(USFK), Assistant ChiefofStaff,J2 (ACofS, J2) JIOC-K. Provide timely intelligence to Commander,USFK andCombinedForcesCommand, the combinedbattlestaff,andwarfighter component commanders.
The JIOC-K's efforts focus ondetectingenemythreats,managing intelligence,Intelligence, Surveillance,andReconnaissance (ISR) activities,analyzingenemy actions andinformation todetermineenemy'sprobable courses of action.
The overallanalyticeffort strengthensDefenseIntelligence and providesrelevant, timely,objective, and cogentallsourceDefense Intelligence to theCommanderand other users, and transformingtheaterintelligenceactivities tobetter leveragethecapabilitiesofthe theater andglobal intelligence communities and safeguardUnited Statespersonnelandinterestswithinthe Korea Theater ofOperations (KTO).
This position offers the following negotiable allowances: relocation package, incentive pay for a two year commitment, annual DODDS school tuition, housing allowance, and relocation allowance pending JIOC-K move from Yongsan to Pyongtaek.

Gather,review andcollate message traffic along withother
Conductresearch andanalysison complex operational
Coordinateandrecommend new plansand procedures inresponse to emerging trendsand national security within authorities,legislative mandatesand regulatory
Coordinatewithallied partnersto ensuretimelysharingofinformationonpotential enemy threatsorattacks
Understands essentials of all speech, even technical; grasps opinion and inference; reads a variety of prose on unfamiliar subjects that may include opinions and hypothesis; participates effectively in most formal and informal discourse on practical, social, and professional topics within a shared context.
0-1 year with BA or HS diploma + 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI clearance. CI Polygraph eligible.
Indications and warning / watch experience addressing a regional threat
Mid-Level: Bachelor or master's degrees with 4-6yearsof experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years-experience, or, equivalent academic experience.
Must have active TS/SCI clearance. CI Polygraph eligible.
