Overview

We are seeking aGraphics Designer / TECHNICAL WRITERto supportthe UnitedStatesForcesKorea(USFK), Assistant ChiefofStaff,J2 (ACofS, J2) JIOC-K. Provide timely intelligence to Commander,USFK andCombinedForcesCommand, the combinedbattlestaff,andwarfighter component commanders.

The JIOC-K's efforts focus ondetectingenemythreats,managing intelligence,Intelligence, Surveillance,andReconnaissance (ISR) activities,analyzingenemy actions andinformation todetermineenemy'sprobable courses of action.

The overallanalyticeffort strengthensDefenseIntelligence and providesrelevant, timely,objective, and cogentallsourceDefense Intelligence to theCommanderand other users, and transformingtheaterintelligenceactivities tobetter leveragethecapabilitiesofthe theater andglobal intelligence communities and safeguardUnited Statespersonnelandinterestswithinthe Korea Theater ofOperations (KTO).

This position offers the following negotiable allowances: relocation package, incentive pay for a two year commitment, annual DODDS school tuition, housing allowance, and relocation allowance pending JIOC-K move from Yongsan to Pyongtaek.

Responsibilities

Tasksthatthe contractor shallperformincludebut arenot limited tothe following:

  • Use graphic software tools toprovidesolutions for intelligence

  • Performquality controlandenhancementupdatestoassociatedproductsintheintelligenceproduction

  • Collaborate with analysttounderstand requirements and further enhance and convey analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphics andlayoutsolutions

  • Prepare briefing materials for12senior levelengagementswith other organizations as assigned, such as for TDYs, conferences, or updates to internal and external organizations (USPACOM, DIA, ).

  • Provides technical assistance in the formation of internally generated taskers.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in creating graphics to illustrate intelligence findings.

  • Experience in finished intelligence (FINTEL) production.

  • Demonstrated excellence in meeting Last Time Information of Value (LTIOV) production schedules.

  • Demonstrated excellence in understand the intelligence production cycle.

Education:

  • Bachelor or master's degree, or, specialized training & 2-3years-experience, or, 3-4yearsofmilitary experience, or,equivalent academic experience.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have active TS/SCI clearance. CI Polygraph eligible.
