HII – MDIS is currently seeking a The ISR Manager to support our customer.

The ISR Manager oversees the operational performance of the PED day shift (7x12) and provides liaison between subcontractor, prime, and onsite customer. Responsible for managing all deployed PED activities and serves as the deployed PED cell focal point. Provides administrative and mission oversight of the deployed PED personnel, equipment, and USAFE AOC.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to close-out using PMI-PMP or DAU PMO best practices.

  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned IT project or tasks.

  • Attend customer meetings and may serve as primary USAFE A5/8/9 liaison. Be able to interact with vendors, other agencies, and other USAFE staff on behalf of the A5/8/9.

  • Ensure all IT organization documentation is developed and kept current.

  • Ensure that production schedules are met, system resources are used effectively, and production-related problems are resolved.

  • Typical tasks include correspondence and presentation development; stakeholder collaboration and data gathering to accomplish assigned tasks; prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence from information gathered; and deliver products to and/or conduct briefings for the organization-tasking element.

  • Attend local meetings as required by the Government Task Lead (GTL) and shall prepare briefings and presentations as required.

  • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications

Required -

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management

  • Possess demonstrated experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion.

  • Be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.

  • Be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm.

  • Must be willing to travel internationally.

  • 2-4 Years with Bachelors or 0-2 Years with Masters or HS diploma + 6-8 years of relevant experience.

  • Clearance: Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Preferred -

Bachelor Degree preferred. Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Security:

Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI Clearance
