The Deputy Deployed Site Lead serves as principal deputy to the Deployed Site Lead (DSL) and serves as acting DSL in their absence. Assists the DSL with Customer interface and overseas operational issues, personnel and resources. Ensures implementation and execution to FOPS, GOPS, SOPs, ATO and AOC requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day actions to ensure HII is providing quality service and support to the customer in the assigned area of operations.
Communicate any new changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the TDL Site Lead
Ensure that all customer requests are forwarded to the Task Order Program Manager and the customer is maintained aware of request status
Conduct weekly meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are properly managed and that all requirements defined by the SOW are being met.
Coordinate with the customer to support employee schedules and travel
Ensure the employee health, morale, and welfare requirements are met
Ensure employees adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct
Ensure that employees adhere to work schedule and all administrative procedures and requirements
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be a US Citizen
Possess a proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have excellent time management, communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Possess excellent conflict management and resolution skills.
Be flexible and possess the ability to function well in stressful situations.
Be a dependable team player.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7 years relevant experience; OR Master's degree plus 6 years relevant experience. An additional 4 years of specific job experience with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement for this job.
Must be willing to be deployed internationally.
Clearance: Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Preferred - Requires Bachelor’s Degree with 3-10 years of experience working in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security.
Security:Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI Clearance
