Huntington Ingalls Industries SOJ2 Counter Proliferation / Weapons of Mass Destruction (CP/CWMD) Intelligence Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii
HII- Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. (HII-MDIS)is currently seeking a Counter Proliferation / Weapons of Mass Destruction (CP/CWMD) Intelligence Analyst to work out of their Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii office.

HII MDIS has over 2100 employees worldwide who deliver critical services to our DoD, IC and Federal/Civilian customers across five service portfolios: IT and Software Applications; Modeling, Simulation and Training; Mission Engineering and Operations Support; Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations; and Logistics and Lifecycle Management.
The Contractor shall conduct detailed planning across the full range of CWMD requirements associated with the SOCPAC CWMD strategic planning efforts, integrating into the SOCPAC CWMD Operational Planning Team (OPT). The Contractor shall assist the SOJ55 to organize, focus and synchronize SOCPAC CWMD enterprise partners and enablers to meet defined organizational end states.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Facilitate and support SOJ55 with the development and production of the SOCPAC CWMD campaign supporting plan.
Maintain subject matter expertise and knowledge of National and DoD CONPLAN/OPLANs, Strategies, Directives, and Implementation plans.
Facilitate and support SOJ55 with the development of CWMD courses of action and concepts of operation for SOCPAC and USINDOPACOM.
Provide strategic and operational linkages to concept development and implementation.
Synchronize CWMD special programs with DoD policy.
Facilitate and coordinate the development of CWMD talking points and written narratives for key leader engagements.
Participate in Joint and Operational Planning Groups to provide CWMD and SOF input towards Theater Campaign Planning, response plans, and Joint Staff directed PLANORDs.
Participate with USSOCOM and multiple GCC and interagency partners to provide CWMD and SOF subject matter expertise.
Facilitate and coordinate on CWMD country prioritization documents and presentations.
Coordinate revisions and input to assessments.
Coordinate on all CWMD inputs to SOCPAC Strategic and Operational planning.
Assist with executive-level updates to senior leaders.
Provide weekly input to talking points and executive summaries.
Participate in weekly Joint Staff, USPACOM and USSOCOM CT events.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Deployment: Deployments of no more than 90 days may be required to the following countries: Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Thailand, or Singapore.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
Eight (8) years’ of experience (within the last 10 years) in CWMD Intelligence Analysis.
Ten (10) years’ intelligence staff experience, tactical through operational/COCOM.
Six (6) years’ of experience with analysis, reporting and briefing within COCOM Intelligence Enterprise, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and the Interagency.
Six (6) years of experience using theater and national level intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs.
9-13 Years with Bachelors or 7-11 Years with Masters or 4-8 Year with Phd or JD or 0-3 Years with MD or DVM or HS diploma + 13-18 years of relevant experience.
Clearance: Must have TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s (MS/MA) degree in any field.
Current TS/SCI clearance
