Huntington Ingalls Industries SOCPAC AT/CIP Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii
We are seeking aSOCPAC AT/CIP Specialistto support our customer at SOCPAC.
The contractor shall provide AT/CIP implementation and management support under the SOCPAC ATFP/CIP Manager.
Assist in the management and administration of the overall ATFP/CIP program encompassing Personnel, Physical, Resource, AT Planning, Training and Risk Management disciplines.
Reviews and recommends updates to SOF Team ATFP Threat Vulnerability Assessment and FP Risk Assessments.
Prepares and conducts ATFP SOF FP pre mission updates/briefs with SOF teams in preparation of deployments.
Ensure compliance of DoD and USPACOM pre-deployment training requirements.
Drafts, and updates COMSOCPAC OPORD 5050 10 ATCIP Program for Government approval.
Provide continuous training and education to command personnel, and subordinate units to ensure AT and CIP compliance.
Reviews, validates, and recommend approvals on USPACOM mandated Individual AT Plans (IATPs) submitted by travelers.
Coordinates with PACOM, Service Components and Subordinate Units to review, validate and assess CIP Task Critical Assets (TCAs) priorities, and staff TCA documentation (i.e. Mitigation Action Plan) for Command Group approval.
Validate TCAs and submit the SOCPAC approved list to PACOM and Joint Staff on an annual basis.
Participate in SOCPAC exercises to identify defense critical infrastructure and its mitigation actions.
Assist with COA developments with SMEs to minimize the effects of TCA disruptions on the mission.
Participates with planners to review and revise COCOM and TSOC Theater Campaign Plan to ensure ATCIP requirements are addressed and incorporated.
Attend USPACOM CIPWG, ATWG, and Threat WG.
Lead or assist, as appropriate, SOCPAC and USPACOM actions to support HHQ ATCIP RFIs, and tasks.
Conduct AT and CIP site surveys of locations and/or facilities that SOCPAC personnel deploys to. Recommends mitigation actions based on vulnerabilities found during surveys.
Monitor day to day, real world and exercise events/hazards/threats to determine impact to TCAs and forces.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Five (5) years experience of SOF support, operational planning, and knowledge of FP TTPs
Two (2) years experience in Installation and Personnel ATFP program
Three (3) years experience with Critical Infrastructure Protection programs within a Federal Government Agency environment
Current AT level II certification
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong, detail-oriented analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must have 5-8 Years with Bachelors or 3-6 Years with Masters or 0-3 Years with PhD or JD or HS diploma + 9-12 years of relevant experience.
- Must have active TS/SCI clearance
