Huntington Ingalls Industries All-Source Analyst (Mid) Production Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii
We are seeking an All Source Analyst (Mid-Level) Production Manager to support our customer with intelligence related products that are developed by our Non-Traditional Intelligence Exploitation (NTIX) team.

Support a team of all source analysts in support of US Army Pacific (USARPAC) by synthesising intelligence data collected and producing actionable information and intelligence reports.
Support NTIX Team in developing intelligence related products that are based on the all-source data collected by the NTIX team. Products are to be written in such a way that they answer a USARPAC Request for Information (RFI) requirement.
Lead production effort for the NTIX Team to respond to taskings and fuse NTIX produced products and data analysis with other intelligence/disciplines into comprehensive, finished intelligence products. Develop and execute a plan to track client requests for information and tasking, track the progress of each requirement, and provide final version of product free of errors and meeting client requirements.
Lead production effort for the NTIX team in generating and delivering reports and briefings on the data collected and the final analysis of the information will be available within 24 hours of receipt of collected data.
Lead the NTIX Team production efforts for all Finished all-source intelligence products for use in Army and Joint tactical, operational, strategic operations, plans, and policy documents
Lead production effort to ensure synthesis of detailed atmospherics information (e.g. cultural/social leaders, group dynamics, assessments of the attitudes, cultural norms, values of the local populace, etc...) in to product deliverables to provide intelligence assessments in support of operational planning based on specific requirements.
Support NTIX Team to conduct processing and analysis of network contributions to the extent required by intelligence teams; refined or raw datasets, imagery and practical visualizations will be supplied to complement or reinforce parallel collections and analysis efforts in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Support the NTIX Team to provide ground intelligence support via collection and analysis of data in locations the government requests. Real-time collections capability will capture sentiments and atmospherics and provide insights into conditions, security apparatuses and extremist elements. Data will assist in identifying enablers of the region’s extremist elements and uncover methods disrupting their operating spaces and denying freedom of movement. Collections will monitor the status and progress of reconstruction efforts.
Support the NTIX Team to provide regional overview for specified Areas of Interest (AOI) and provide detailed analysis of populations and their relationships with VEOs, TCOs and local Governments. Provide advice and expertise to deployed forces and staff. Provide atmospheric information outlining important historical events, leaders, group dynamics, attitudes, cultural norms and values. Highlight major components of human society: economic, demographic, legal/regulatory, political/institutional, social/cultural, religious/ideological, and relevant geographic variables to the operational commander.
Support the NTIX Team to use and refine current non-traditional data gathering tool sets to provide meaningful contributions to supported client RFIs. Interact with service provider to adjust data gathering tool suites data sets and dashboards to provide dynamic near real time input of AOI environmental information.
Attend conferences, workshops, and meetings in support of the Command’s objectives.
Support production of Annexes and Appendices to Deliberate and Contingency Plans
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
6 years’ intelligence experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in DOD settings
2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level.
Proficiency in intelligence community systems and tools
Strong problem solving skills and creativity in developing alternative sources of non-traditional information for DOD customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader breifings.
Valid US Passport
9-13 Years with Bachelors or 7-11 Years with Masters or 4-8 Year with Phd or JD or 0-3 Years with MD or DVM or HS diploma + 13-18 years of relevant experience.
Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI clearance
2 Years’ experience supporting USARPAC intelligence and or operations.
2 Years’ experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Campaign Plan Assessments, Collection Management and Dissemination, Targeting (development, nomination, execution, and assessment), Data Science, Intelligence and Operations in support of USARPAC or INDOPACOM.
Experience providing Intelligence support to Civil Military Operations & Information Operations
2 Years’ experience Campaign Plan Assessments.
Previous expertise with Open Source Intelligence collection platforms.
Advance degree in Data Science or Operations Research and Systems Analysis.
Intermediate level certification on ArcGIS
Bachelors degree (BA/BS). Experience may substitute in lieu of education.
Must have active TS/SCI clearance
