We are seeking an All Source Analyst (Mid) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) specialist to support our customer.

  • Support a team of all source analysts in support of US Army Pacific (USARPAC) providing Non-Traditional Information Exploitation (NTIX) capabilities to the USARPAC G2.

  • Support NTIX Team to provide turn-key support for open source collection, process, and analysis (within 24 hours of data collection) data tailored to support USINDOPACOM Components and Subordinate units.

  • Support NTIX Team in developing collection campaigns, crowd-sourced survey development (within 48 hours of request) for voice, data, imagery/video information, telecommunications systems, equipment and technologies, and logistics.

  • Lead the NTIX Team collaboration with USARPAC Collection Management and Dissemination (CM&D) to assist in identifying the environmental enablers of the region's extremist elements and uncover effective methods disrupting their operating spaces and denying their freedom of movement. Providing clarity on the aforementioned conditions will facilitate a broader collections effort to address intelligence gaps in the AOR.

  • Support NTIX Team to respond to taskings by assisting the client in development of requirements to task the NTIX and when necessary entering the requirements into the appropriate government system for tracking and execution.

  • Support NTIX Team to provide collect passive information of crowd sourced HUMINT data tailored to support USINDOPACOM Components and Subordinate units.

  • Support NTIX team to provide specialized training and sustainment as needed to enable the Components and combat forces to maximize the fielded NTIX capabilities and to sustain the operational readiness at the required levels.

  • Support NTIX Team to conduct processing and analysis of network contributions to the extent required by intelligence teams; refined or raw datasets, imagery and practical visualizations will be supplied to complement or reinforce parallel collections and analysis efforts in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).

  • Support the NTIX team in generating and delivering reports and briefings on the data collected and the final analysis of the information will be available within 24 hours of receipt of collected data.

  • Support the NTIX Team to provide ground intelligence support via collection and analysis of crowdsource data in Philippines and other locations the government requests. Real-time collections capability will capture sentiments and atmospherics and provide insights into conditions, security apparatuses and extremist elements. Data will assist in identifying enablers of the region’s extremist elements and uncover methods disrupting their operating spaces and denying freedom of movement. Collections will monitor the status and progress of reconstruction efforts.

  • Support the NTIX Team to provide regional overview for specified Areas of Interest (AOI) and provide detailed analysis of populations and their relationships with VEOs, TCOs and local Governments. Provide advice and expertise to deployed forces and staff. Provide atmospheric information outlining important historical events, leaders, group dynamics, attitudes, cultural norms and values. Highlight major components of human society: economic, demographic, legal/regulatory, political/institutional, social/cultural, religious/ideological, and relevant geographic variables to the operational commander.

  • Support the NTIX Team to use and refine current non-traditional data gathering tool sets to provide meaningful contributions to supported client RFIs. Interact with service provider to adjust data gathering tool suites data sets and dashboards to provide dynamic near real time input of AOI environmental information.

  • Attend conferences, workshops, and meetings in support of the Command’s objectives.

  • Support production of Annexes and Appendices to Deliberate and Contingency Plans

  • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.



  • 4 years’ intelligence experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in DOD settings

  • 2 years’ experience providing analysis using Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) in a DOD or IC environment

  • 2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis

  • Proficiency in intelligence community systems and tools and ARCGIS

  • Strong problem solving skills and creativity in developing alternative sources of non-traditional information for DOD customer.

  • Valid US Passport

  • 9-13 Years with Bachelors or 7-11 Years with Masters or 4-8 Year with Phd or JD or 0-3 Years with MD or DVM or HS diploma + 13-18 years of relevant experience.

  • Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI clearance


  • Experience with data visualization tools (Google data studio, Tableau, etc.)

  • Experience supporting USARPAC intelligence and or operations.

  • Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.

  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Campaign Plan Assessments, Collection Management and Dissemination, Data Science, Intelligence and Operations in support of USARPAC or INDOPACOM.

  • Experience working with Open Source Information or Publicly Available Information in a DOD or IC environment

  • Experience providing Intelligence support to Civil Military Operations & Information Operations

  • Previous expertise with Open Source Intelligence collection platforms.

  • Degree in Data Science or Operations Research and Systems Analysis.

  • Intermediate level certification on ArcGIS

  • Experience providing Intelligence support to Civil Military Operations & Information Operations

  • Expertise in the country of the Philippines.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
