HII – Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. (HII-MDIS) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.
HII - MDIS is currently seeking an SAP Developer to work out of their client's Eagan, Minnesota office.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Provides advice and assistance in state-of-the-art software/hardware solutions involving hardware of various capacities, multiple operating environments, database management systems specialized software, data communications facilities and protocols including Value Added Networks, fourth generation technologies, and complex software tools or packages
As a business expert, works with senior client officials to identify enterprise improvement goals, assess organizational and process effectiveness, and implement change strategies
Designs technical and business solutions, mentors and trains client staff, and oversees implementation.
Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to studying and analyzing system’s needs, systems development, and systems process analysis, design and re-engineering
Have skills and experience related to business management, systems engineering, operations research, and management engineering
Typically has specialization in a particular technology or business application. Keeps abreast of technological developments and industry trends
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of professional service
Detailed knowledge of SAP HCM Process and Forms
ABAP programming including RICEF, Adobe forms, ABAP Web Dynpro, Object Oriented programming, BSP, Interfaces and Workflow ,BAPI, ALE, RFC, Web Services, Netweaver, PI
Experience designing and building SAP Fiori interfaces is required
Experience developing SOA based interfaces using SOAP or REST based Web Services Interfaces
Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing interfaces using ALE/IDOCs development including ABAP programming for IDOCs and IDOC customization. Has significant experience developing with IDOC (SAP Intermediate Document), Use of BAPI, ALE, RFC and Web Services
Knowledge of object oriented programming and ABAP is required
Strong programming knowledge in SAP HCM modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS ect
End-to-End development and configuration experience in ESS and MSS
Knowledge of Windows application interfaces (COM, Win API, ODBC, OLE, DDE, HALAPI), Unix, SQL, HTML, and relational databases (HANA preferred)
Knowledge of Netweaver XI / PI
Development experience in OData services with SAP Netweaver Gateway
Proven programming skills with SAP software and associated programming tools: ABAP, the SAP developer’s workbench, SAPScript, Smart Forms, Adobe Life Cycle for SAP
Ability to transform business function requirement into technical program specs and to code, unit test, and debug SAP programs
Understanding of relational databases, data storage, and SQL concepts. Understanding of data structures and data objects
Ability to produce high quality deliverables and work in an environment with competing priorities

Must be able to obtain and keep a USPS Sensitive Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and have been living in the U.S. for at least the last five years
Must not have traveled outside of the United States for more than 180 days in the last five years
