HII-MDIS is currently seeking a Contingency Service Support (CSS) Warehouse Specialist to work in their Abingdon MD facility.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
The candidate will be expected to serve as an CBRN Logistics warehouse and logistical support and services to the Contingency Service and Support facility for the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Response Force project.
The candidate will be part of a team of CBRN specialists and support staff to employ industry best-practices in Supply Chain Management and accountability for Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledgeable of CBRN COTS equipment within the USARC CBRN Mission Sets
3+ years’ experience in dealing with the Army supply system
Knowledge of CBRN operations preferred
Recommend courses of action regarding US&R kit maintenance and obsolescence to the project manager.
Must be available to travel 40% of the year
Warehousing operations background
Perform duties as a field service representative as required.
Maintain and service Urban Search and Rescue equipment sets for assigned units.
Military experience with CBRN COTS equipment sets
IBM Maximo working knowledge
All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.
