HII – Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. (HII-MDIS) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.
HII - MDIS is currently seeking a Human Capital Outreach employee to work on-site in Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), Maryland.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following)
The contractor shall coordinate with Headquarter's programs and engineering, research, development and engineering centers (RDECs)/Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and subject matter experts (SMEs), including scientists and engineers on the development of analysis to support core competency content aligned to Army science and technology requirements and priorities to enable government G1 personnel to recruit qualified science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) personnel to fulfill critical Army research and technology needs.
The contractor shall provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans to include technical analysis of new initiatives, and assist in concept development for future programs.
The contractor shall establish a robust Outreach/"Affinity Group" program, engaging and building relationships with lead national STEM associations from underrepresented communities as well as other professional nation organizations.
The contractor shall recommend new recruitment strategies based on the required competency needs of S&T personnel to ensure the Command is adequately staffed to support Army technical gaps, driving an efficient and robust engagement with Industry and academia that promotes recruitment cohesion.
The contractor shall be able to tailor or scale information and data sets as required to both tactical, strategic leaders, and technical stakeholders, providing organizational/team-specific, as well as Enterprise-wide, information to support assessments and decision making.
The contractor shall provide data analysis for the Training Coordinator (i.e., data gathering, information management, analysis, and maintaining information on SharePoint).
Qualifications and Experience :
The contractor shall possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
The contractor shall have at least eight (8) years of general experience.
The contractor shall have at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
