HII – Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. (HII-MDIS) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

HII - MDIS is currently seeking a HUman Capital Analyst to work on-site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Duties and Responsibilities :

  • The contractor shall coordinate with research, development and engineering centers (RDECs)/Army Research Laboratory (ARL) customers and subject matter experts (SMEs), on the development and improvement of Human Capital and Talent Management programs and processes.

  • The contractor shall be able to scale or tailor information and data sets and provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans that identify the critical Talent Management needs; to include: Career Program Management, SharePoint and MilSuite development and management, Academic Degree Training (ADT), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) management, and Core Competencies management.

  • The contractor shall aid in the shaping and streamlining of processes used to track and organize Human Capital data.

  • The contractor shall identify, assess, and report key metrics for workforce development ensuring data collected and shared is in alignment with Army, Chief of Staff of the Army S&T Priorities, and RDECOM Campaign Plan Lines of Effort.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required –

  • The contractor shall possess a Bachelor's degree.

  • Must have eight(8) years of experience.

  • Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.

Preferred –

  • Experience with Military or Government Human Capital initatives.

  • Some process improvement background (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).


  • Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.

  • The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
